BIO fuel projects

Project WWTP (Bio Gas Power complex)

The task of project: manufacturing of 2х modules of Gas generators (Bio Gas), installation of pipes, equipment’s and valves. Installation of steam boilers, and water preparation and pump station.

Customer responsible:

- The technical specification for station (PI the theoretical scheme).
- Drawings with instructions of the linear sizes on the delivered equipment.
- Equipment delivery.

Amount of works of the executor - FELIUGA UAB

1. Design 3D the project: delivery of working sketches for manufacturing of the case of containers, stress calculation, d isometric drawings for manufacturing of pipes, noise calculation , isolation calculation.
2. Working project: MTO list, delivery of materials, preparation of typical knots.
3. Manufacturing: manufacturing and installation of pipelines, installation of equipment, isolation, ventilation, welding works , the test, painting, packing, loading for transport, logistic and installation.


Project AS Filter - Vapor Biolaitos Finland

The task of project: manufacturing of 9 sections - boiler-house modules (Bio Gas), installation of pipelines, equipment , valves and control instruments.

Customer responsible:

- The technical specification and PI&D (PI the theoretical scheme).
- Drawings with instructions of the linear sizes on the delivered equipment.
- Equipment delivery.

Amount of works of the executor - FELIUGA UAB

1. 3D – Project Design: delivery of working sketches for manufacturing of boiler-house sections, stress calculation, isometric drawings for manufacturing of sections-modules of a boiler-house.
2. Working project: MTO list, delivery of materials, preparation of modules-sections on a turn-key basis.
3. Manufacturing: assemblage of the case of a boiler-house, manufacturing a boiler-house, foundations preparation , isolation, welding works, control assembly of a boiler-house, painting, packing, logistic , loading on \with transport.

Requirements of the customer, customer’s delivery:

According the decision of Stora Enso concern headquarters to replace boiler-house (6MW) for production from Estonia to new place in Latvia.

Responsibility of the executor - FELIUGA UAB (Tallinn’s workshop):

  1. Complete dismounting of the factory
  2. Marking for assembling, packing, loading (and unloading) on vehicles of overall parts,
  3. Projects logistics.
  4. According WARTSILA Bio Power projects : modernization – connection of two boiler - houses (8 MW and 6 MW) to one
  5. Repairing works for used parts, ajusting and testing, presentation for Customers representive of new boiler-house
